How I Scam People in Bulgaria

Hi. My name is Bill or William Foster. I live and operate in Varna, Bulgaria. I make my living by scamming potential UK investors in Bulgaria by promising to renovate their properties then completely disappearing with their hard earned cash. I do this through my company, WPMF Properties.

It is a really simple scheme. I phish around the Internet looking for forums for potential investors. I target forum members who have posted threads requesting building work. I contact the members and give very reasonable quotes. I already have one member available to give a reference by ensuring that I at least complete one job so that I can use this as a reference site.

The important part about this scheme is ensuring that I match or beat any other quotes that the member may acquire. Once I have the member in the bag, I give them all the confidence they need so that they think they are safe going with me. I ensure that they have my Skype details, mobile phone number and whatever address I may be living in at the time, be it my own address or that of a property I may be renting.

I then get the member to pay me 50% up front for building materials. What I do next is the best! I visit the property every few days for a maximum of around 15 minutes. I take several photographs from around the property and get my guys to pose in several shots (like the picture on the left here) as though it looks as though we are actually doing work on the property! How clever is this?!! These pictures are emailed to the member who thinks that work is actually being done on the property and then has no problems sending me further payments.

I then request a further 25% of the payment and continue to send the so called photos of ongoing works.

Then I block the member from contacting me via Skype, I change my mobile number and move from the address that I have given the member! The member then has no way of contacting me and I am free to move onto my next scam!

I really am untouchable. These gullible UK people employ us so-called builders to renovate their properties even though they are 1000's of miles away and have no idea what the hell we are doing with their property or their money!

I also 'employed' local Bulgarian people to carry out the work promising them months of work and a decent wage. The locals were happy that they would be getting an income for several months. The local Bulgarian people would turn up for work daily to find out that I had not shown! They would do some work but receive no payment. I know for a fact that some workers were still turning up for work three months after I had completed the scam expecting me to show and pay them for their work.................lol!

I lead a very nice life using this scam and enjoy pissing the members money up the wall then sending them abusive emails just to remind them that they have been scammed.

The only downside to this scam though is that I am not as clever as I think I am. I have left behind a huge audit trail which is very easy for members to track me down.

I also have a UK registered company called WPMF International which is registered in the Isle of Man. Stupidly, I took payment for some jobs via my Alliance & Leicester account in the UK which then made me legible for UK taxes. I also took payments through my Bulgarian account which then left me legible for Bulgarian taxes! What a dick!

I also tried to sell my computer and little did I know the person who turned up to view the computer was a member of the site where I had targeted all my victims. My new location and address where now out in the open! I also kept my car which is so easy to identify. It is a red Mercedes and it has a UK licence plate - A670 MAN. This is also illegal in Bulgaria as I should have changed the plate by now but being untouchable, I decided not to. I am sure the Bulgarian authorities would be very interested in me!

So, here I am trying to scam people and now everyone knows where I live and what my car looks like! I am now living in a little village called Silistra with my new girlfriend and her two small children. I am close to the Romanian border so that I can nip into Romania and pull a few little scams there also. Not many people are aware of my scams in Romania so I can hopefully get away with this for a while.

The other stupid thing I did was to make pictures of myself and my vehicle publically available on the Internet! I joined an Internet dating agency and gave all my personal details and posted a picture of myself which is the first picture you see in my blog - http://www.mybulgariandate.com/index.php?page=view_profile&id=195

I know what you are thinking. Why would a man like me have the need to join a dating agency? With my good looks, butch physique and a highly intelligent person, I should have no trouble pulling the women! Yes I thought so too. Thing is, I am not really much of a man! Most of my scams are not done face to face as I really do not have the balls to pull of these scams in person. I am spineless so my scams have to be faceless. I try to give the impression that I am a real hard man but really I am a total pussycat.

I am now phishing the forums again posing as patrick007 and advertising under a company called Draganova Metals. Draganova Metals have now found out what I have been up to and have terminated my contract with them so I am now back to phishing on the forums.

I am now operating in the Balchick/Dobritch area so look out for me. I have shown a map so that you know where to locate or avoid me.
